Our account is removed/Deactivated

Hello,

Yesterday, our account was deactivated, and we were notified via email that it was due to a violation of section 3 of the business agreement. Consequently, we've lost access to our account. Prior to this, everything seemed fine – our account health was good, and there were no notifications or issues raised. We've been conducting Private Label (PL) operations for the past five years without any problems. Now, not being able to open a case with Amazon is incredibly frustrating. Is this possibly a glitch in the system? @Cade_Amazon

Are you receiving any errors when attempting to login? If so, what error? Is this a password issue? If so, you can utilize the "forgot password" feature to attempt to gain access. Also, there is a number you can call to reach customer service when you have lost access to your account, that number is: 1 (888) 280-4331.
