Account Deactivated under section 3. I submitted all documents but nothing works :(
Hello Everyone,
I have submitted the following documents to demonstrate the authenticity of my account and inventory: Bank or credit card statements, Registered businesses, and Supply chain documents such as invoices and receipts.
However, I always received the same answer "Thank you for your appeal. After reviewing the information, we have decided that your seller account will remain deactivated as in accordance with Section 3 of "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement". Ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue."
It seems that no one is responding to me. After submitting the supplementary documents for the 6th time, no one responded to me anymore and the system automatically marked my appeal as completed. Very sad.
I am looking for any advice or similar experiences that might help me understand this better or guide me on what to do next. Any help or guidance from this community would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this situation.

What were you selling?
Where did you source it? You mention "receipts"; be aware that Amazon wants INVOICES from authorized WHOLESALE sources.
If it's a brand, do you have written permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their product on Amazon?
