CSM BRAND REVIEW

Hello all, Is there some way to call CSM Brand Review? Or even get in contact with someone who can help and explain something besides from replying with the same generic email over and over? I keep getting responses saying

"We received your submission but could not accept this INVOICE, because it does not contain an order confirmation number or shipment tracking number, in addition to purchaser and supplier information."

Everything that they want is on the paper. Its even highlighted. I do not believe someone is looking at my invoice and that it is just being auto-denied.

Amazon Seller Support cant help and cant get some of them dont even know what CSM brand review is! They cant even check the history of messages because its through EMAIL.

It is literally a coin flip to see if CSM brand review will continue to let you sell or not.

I know for a fact my invoice is valid because Im sending the same invoice that was used to remove an inauthentic claim 3 days prior.

This is getting kind of ridiculous and I dont think there is anything left for me to do. I have given all information I possibly can and wrote pages and pages of explanation.

Hello @Seller_vbDrkk2g5LJwu, it looks like per case 12848232561 they are wanting an unedited invoice. You may highlight the relevant items, but shouldn't edit anything out. If you have further questions you are welcome to reopen that case or any of the other cases you have opened regarding this issue. Thank you!

Hello taylor, thank you for responding. I am sending unedited invoices, and I’m getting the same response. I’ve even asked if they can elaborate and I’ve gotten the same response. At one point I sent a black pdf on accident and got the same exact response, so I’m pretty sure no body is actually looking at my submissions and I’m getting auto rejected. I’m not sure what else I can do as I’ve asked all the questions I can and I get no response.

I’ve sent all the information I can just to get a different answer.

I sent the same exact invoice to the account health team to get rid of an inauthentic claim and it worked.

I call seller support and some of the support team is confused aswell. I’m not sure what else I can do here.
