Inexplicable customer feedback!
Customers leave inaccurate feedback that is subjective and speculative simply because they are not satisfied with the product. Leaving feedback on just the word fake and Amazon customer service not helping to remove the feedback is so unfair to us.
Amazon checks the products before they go into stock, so if our products are fake, how can Amazon let us sell them?
Please help us to remove this feedback.

You are operating under a misconception. (This is an understatement.)
Amazon performs no such check, and -- for most products -- cannot even see the item to be received and then shipped out. (Lest that imply Amazon would judge the item if they could see it -- no, they would not)
In the eyes of Amazon the question of counterfeit is solved thusly: the seller is guilty of selling counterfeit product unless they can provide documents that proves to Amazon's satisfaction that they are genuine. These documents would include a letter of authorization from the brand and copies of wholesale invoices.

You can attempt to reach out to the buyer to resolve the issue and then request that they remove the feedback if the issue is resolved however this is at the discretion of the buyer.
