Authenticity Complaint - Amazon keeps rejecting appeal
Hello everyone,
I've been an Amazon seller since 2010 and I am fed up and ready to close my store.
I had an authenticity complaint that has taken over 3 days of my life to appeal. Each time I appeal, it gets rejected with the same answer "we completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."
I have compressed 18 manufacturer invoices and added a manufacturer authorization letter.
I have also clicked the yellow button "call me now" on 3 different days and each day, I get a recording that says "we can't answer your call now"
- The dates on the invoices are prior to the customer or (competitor) complaint.
- The documents include our name and address
- The documents contain the product that caused the complaint, but it does not list the ASIN
- I believe that the documents reflect our sales volume for the past 365 days. I cannot upload more than 20 files, so there is no way to add more.
- The documents are authentic (only the pricing is redacted)
- We have highlighted the ASIN under review
- The contact info for the supplier is on their invoice
This is absolutely the worst way to treat a seller. I am unbelievably frustrated.
This is my final plea for help before I shut down my store forever.

You cannot modify the file in anyway shape or form by compressing it you are modifying the file. print the original invoice. do your redaction and highlighting manually scan the invoice and submit it to Amazon.
Always scan and edit physical copy.
