Query on Amazon Account Reactivation Post-3 ASIN Suspension and Appeal Process

Dear Community Members,

I'm an Amazon seller currently facing an issue with my account. After having 3 of my ASINs suspended, I initiated an appeal process with Amazon. During the appeal, Amazon requested invoices for products I intend to use for online arbitrage post-November 21st. I promptly provided these invoices, supplied by Palletfly, a wholesaler. Despite fulfilling these requirements, my account remains inactive.

I'm seeking insights or advice on the following:

Typical Duration for Reactivation: How long does it usually take for Amazon to review appeals and reactivate accounts, especially after submitting requested documents like invoices?

Common Issues: Are there any frequent issues or additional verification steps that could be delaying my account reactivation? How might I address these?

Effective Communication: Has anyone experienced similar issues and successfully navigated reactivation? What steps or contacts at Amazon were most effective?

Any suggestions, information, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated to help me resolve this situation and get my account back in good standing.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and support.

Best regards,

As taken from their page:

"Palletfly makes no representations regarding your eligibility or ability to sell or resell products on the Amazon marketplace or anywhere else. Please make sure to do your own research prior to purchasing any products on Palletfly"

-------------------------------------

From Amazon:

Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured

You invoice should include

• detailed list of products (at least 10 per item, Product name, model number or UPC that can be verified online)) ,

• terms of sale (net30/net60/cash..)

• must be by the brand itself or a brand authorized distributor (not a retail store for the general public, not some back door pallet seller wanna be distributor )***

• your full business name and address, as entered in seller central

• a COMPLETED transaction ( order shipped),

• suppliers full name and contact details, (e-mail, phone or both)

• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days

• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain

***Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

Hi @Seller_czry0APPDjujK,

Thank you for your post and the screenshots you have shared. I understand you are trying to resolve an account deactivation involving multiple ASIN violations. In their post, @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI has provided some excellent guidance. I would especially draw your attention to the portion of their reply regarding supply chain requests as well as providing authorization from the brand itself for the products you are selling. This may be part of your issue.

When invoices are not accepted, there may be specific reasoning given such as supply chain requests or a quantity mismatch. However, with future supplier requests (as indicated by the performance notification you have shared), there may be an issue with the invoices themselves not meeting our document requirements, or the supplier may be unable to be verified. If you are seeing either of those scenarios, you will either need to submit documents that comply with the requirements or consider changing to a different supplier that can be fully verified. You can find more information about valid suppliers establishing a good supply chain within this linked policy page.

With this in mind, please consider the following:

- Was Palletfly your future supplier or past supplier?

- What was the rejection reason?

- Have you addressed all of the ASINs for which your account is deactivated?

- You mention drop shipping in the appeal you shared, did this contribute to the deactivation?

- Can you elaborate more on your comment about your products being "sourced directly from Amazon USA"?

How long does it usually take for Amazon to review appeals
Ver post

Most appeals take between 3-7 business days, but can take longer depending on the nature of the violation and the scope of the investigation required when reviewing submitted plans of action. We do not guarantee a time frame for review completions.

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy
