Amazon withdrew money from my Payoneer account manually.

On March 12, a scheduled payment was made from Amazon to my bank account.

On March 13, my account Amazon was blocked and to this day I have filed appeals for its restoration.

Some of the money remained in my account and further payments were suspended from March 13 - for possible payments to clients, if such a need arises and to pay off various debts, if they arise.

On March 19, the previous payment from Amazon was manually withdrawn from my Payoneer account, despite the fact that it was made before my account was blocked.

I would like to understand the reasons for this.

The support service does not want to give any explanations.

I opened a case 17451558961, but I can't get a report. It's very strange, to take the money without giving an explanation. I would like to get an answer, because this money was not stolen and I have every right to know the reason.

The reason is that you sold "Trump" hats without permission from the brand owner, and it seems that before you sold other branded products without permission. In this case the products are considered as fake, inauthentic, and Amazon is legally not allowed to give you the money for having sold inauthentic products. That is the explanation.

You don't understand how this works. NOBODY has to proof what you sold is counterfeit. YOU have to proof that it is authentic, purchased from BRAND APPROVED wholesale distributors (not retail stores or liquidation places or from some Chinese factory without trademark authorization) and that the brand authorized you to become their retailer on Amazon.

You were told you cannot use the Trump name as it is trademarked. You didn't listen

The problem here is really IP infringement, not authenticity

You sold hats with a trademark slogan without the approval of the trademark owner. If you didn't have permission that's a trademark violation which is counterfeit. This is written clearly in law, even if YOU BOUGHT REAL HATS AND RESOLD THEM.

Selling a product under a brand without the brand owner's or trademark owners consent is illegal under the Trademark Counterfeiting Act of 1984 (18 U.S. Code Section 2320). This law, which is a federal offense, prohibits "trafficking in illicit goods" which includes counterfeiting (trademark infringement) and piracy (copyright infringement). - Even if you bought the shoes from NIKE , hat from Trump himself, it doesn't matter this is why the LOA exist!

You can't make a shoe and throw a check mark on it and call it NIKE, You can't use TRUMP trademarked name or MAGA his trademarked slogan either even if you make these from scratch.

MY PROOF! lol here ya go buddy!
