Reactivación de cuenta

Hace algunos meses abrí mi cuenta como vendedor, hace años tengo cuenta como comprador. Realicé la verificación y todo estaba bien, cuenta activa y todas las opciones disponibles. Un día sin más ni más me llega el siguiente mensaje:

Hemos descubierto que guarda relación con una cuenta que comienza por FIRGUM.

Hemos recibido su documentación, pero aún no disponemos de suficiente información para reactivar la cuenta.

Para reactivar su cuenta, escríbanos indicando que esta desactivación se ha producido por error y proporcione documentación que justifique que nunca ha sido titular de otra cuenta. Esto incluye, entre otras pruebas, cualquier relación autorizada o no autorizada a través de una empresa externa o pruebas de que la cuenta ha estado en una situación comprometida. Si no podemos corroborar la reclamación, no se restablecerá su cuenta.

Me señalan que tenga relación con la misma cuenta mía, me parece algo absurdo. No se que documentación debo enviar.

Based off your post, it seems as though your account has been deactivated for a related accounts issue.

In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated for policy violation. Due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated. In your final paragraph, you state the related account has the same name as your account.

Based off this information, since the related account has the same name, this may be a scenario where you may have opted for global registration at the initial creation of your account. This allows sellers to create selling accounts in multiple Amazon stores worldwide through one registration application.

These accounts are linked together and use a single sign-on in Seller Central so that you can log into the accounts with a single email address and password. Since you have one set of login credentials, you may believe you have only one account, but that is not always the case if you registered in more than one region. Region examples would be the North American region containing the US, Canada, and Mexican marketplaces whereas the European regions would include the UK, France, and Germany marketplaces.

To resolve your issue, you will want to login to each marketplace from the drop down in seller central and navigate to the performance notifications to see any outstanding issues. You can find the marketplace specific issue from the performance notifications within that marketplace. If you have any questions regarding the reinstatement of the affected marketplace, please create a new thread from that marketplace so that we can better assist you and avoid confusion.

Once the affected marketplace has been reinstated, you can then come back to your initial marketplace and request reinstatement.
