Account automatically suspended

I created an account, then automatically it was suspended, saying I violated something, which is strange because I haven’t done a thing…It wants me to do a video verification, which I did, but now it just says:

Video Call Verification
Video verification has been completed now. Over-all verification will be completed within 72 business hours. We may reach out to you for further clarifications if needed.

The problem is it has been over 72 hours and my account is still suspended, and the only instruction I am given is to do another verification, which I can’t because it says it is already completed…

What do I need to do at this point?

It appears that you are going through the normal new seller verification. You just need to wait for a response. It may be weeks as Amazon is very busy and they are in no hurry to add new sellers.

It’s completely normal, Amazon is very backed up at the moment it’s going to depend on how many other new sellers are in front of you, just continue to wait for Amazon to finish their final review.
