Closed & Deleted FBM SKU/ASIN, But Listing still active, and Customers are Ordering. HELP!

I have a case with seller support, and they are of no help. I've called with many different agents, and they say the same thing, "I need the internal team". I'm hoping I can get some help here from a mod or even an experienced seller.

I have a listing that has both an FBA and FBM listing. I no longer have inventory for the FBM listing, so I set the inventory quantity to 0, and closed the listing. I got email confirmation, that the FBM listing was closed and won't show up on Amazon.com.

However, this listing still shows up as the buy box on the listing and people are ordering from it, causing me lots of stress because I don't have the inventory for it. I've also deleted the FBM listing from Manage Inventory and it is still showing up as the Buy Box!

I currently have inventory on my FBA listing being transferred throughout Amazon FC's. So the FBA listing is active, as well as the FBM listing.

But I want the FBM listing not exist. I've done all I can in my power to do this. I need help!!

Setting the FBM Sku to Zero - is how it's done.

Are you sure you only have 2 Sku's for the ASIN?

1 FBA

1 FBM

or is there an additional

FBM you're not aware of.

Michelle at Amazon here. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your listing. Can you please provide the Seller Support that you created. I would also create another business critical case and ask to speak to a supervisor if they are not helping you so you can get this escalated this weekend as we don't normally work cases over the weekend here and I want you to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please also provide your new case.
