CLT2 NEVER accepts non-partnered carrier USPS deliveries
We are officially on our 4th shipment of dangerous goods shipping SPD that have at least one SPD going to CLT2. Being dangerous goods, we must use non-partner carriers. When these shipments are directed to CLT2, using USPS CLT2 does NOT accept USPS deliveries and the packages are never delivered. We are then out inventory and charged by amazon for placement fees for the box that CLT2 refuses to accept.
Without shipping to one single location and paying placement fees - what is the appropriate method to ship non-partner carrier to an IXD that refuses to accept USPS deliveries?
@Topher_Amazonand you can feel free to tag any and all other Mods to handle this. It's obviously a CLT2 issue. The biggest issue is that we will be charged low inventory level fees for the packages that CLT2 refuses to accept.

and any other mods. Care to weigh-in here. How are we supposed to ship hazardous materials to CLT2 if they do not accept USPS deliveries, and what do we do about shipping violations and low inventory level fees that result from your own IXD refusing to accept USPS deliveries?

The only time we experienced non-receipt of goods from a non-partnered carrier was when we had forgot to enter the tracking number into the Amazon system in time. Maybe this has nothing to do with your situation, but just sayin'.
