Accidentally created the Amazon USA account and now its affecting my business at Amazon UK

We have a registered company in UK and we started doing our business at Amazon UK.

But unfortunately, someone from the accounts department accidentally created Amazon USA account. It was unseen and got deactivated after a while due to payment issue.

Later this deactivation affected our Amazon UK account also. Now our Amazon UK account is deactivated.

I have tried to provide all the necessary information to turn on the Amazon USA account, but no joy.

Is there anyone who can help here?

Same thing is happening to me, Have you been able to resolve this issue?

It cost me a couple of days to even understand the issue. Now that I know what triggered the issue for the UK account, I am unable to resolve it as Amazon UK requires that I reactivate the US account.

However, the US account require to upload utility bills. I do not have a single utility bill under my name or company name. But I have provided all my details. This includes Company Incorporation letter, Bank statement, Invoices from suppliers, Driving Licence etc as proving my Association with Business Address. I have appealed the decision and I hope they will accept it. Otherwise I feel I am stuck with Amazon red tape.
