Store byline issue

Hi everyone!

I've been having an issue where my Store won't link to the listing's byline. So instead of "Visit the XYZ store" it still shows "Brand: XYZ".

The Store has been approved and live. I've created several cases to solve it, last one Case ID 12860939491. I was told that necessary changes were made and will be fixed within 24hours. However it's been on 05/25 and today is 06/05 and the problem is still there.

I see that a lot of sellers faced this problem, was anyone lucky to find the way to fix it?

This is Dougal from the Community Manager Team, thanks for posting your question and I am hoping I can assist. I see what you are talking about with your listings showing as "Brand: XYZ," and not "Visit the XYZ store." Unfortunately I do not have access to the case ID you provided, but I have looked at the attributes of a few of the ASINs in your catalog and I can see that the Brand ID and node all match with your Brand Name. I did not have any luck finding your Store though.

Please provide a direct link to your store so I can try and troubleshoot. I sent you a message directly so you do not have to share the link here. Please check your case log for case ID 12961184961.
