Need help - Dangerous Goods review all of a sudden, can't sell or even remove inventory!
One of our ASINs has been selling without issues on Amazon for 3 years and is not a dangerous good. But all of a sudden, last week out of nowhere it's been paused for dangerous goods review.
I received no communication from Amazon about this. The only reason I knew something was going on was because Veeqo tried to push an order through from another channel and it came back as "Inventory is unfulfillable hazmat".
This has been going on for over a week. I've uploaded the Exemption Sheet. I never actually got any email back, but went to check the status yesterday and apparently the Exemption Sheet wasn't good enough and it wanted me to upload an SDS. So then I uploaded the SDS sheet. But this product includes multiple items, so I don't know for which item the SDS is needed. It's a total mess trying to work through this, because everyone at Seller Support, including the "specialists," all say the Dangerous Goods team is like a black box where you can't actually talk to anyone.
This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH and I need a resolution. If Amazon is going to make it this difficult, I need to remove this inventory and sell it elsewhere. But now Amazon has my inventory completely hijacked - when it's under review, I can't even create a removal order! There are over 600 units in FBA, and 7000 units in AWD!!!
PLEASE HELP. Again, this is NOT A DANGEROUS GOOD. There are no chemicals or dangerous items, and it's sold for 3 years without issue. I need a resolution on this ASAP.

Please help @Michelle_Amazon@Cooper_Amazon@Manny_Amazon . I have uploaded the exemption sheet. I have uploaded the SDS sheet. But it comes back saying "Please upload a valid SDS for this ASIN. An exemption sheet cannot be accepted."
There are over 20 items in this product. Which SDS do they need?

I've reviewed your case and it looks like the product has been identified as fulfillable Hazmat and the product is currently fulfillable. At this time however the team is still appealing the dangerous goods classification of this product. First Aid Kits in my experience have a high risk of being identified as hazardous due to things like alcohol wipes or sprays which may be flammable and have transportation restrictions. If your case is closed without resolution let me know and I can attempt to escalate this further. Thank you for your understanding.
