Found many Amazon listings copied on eBay???!!!
I routinely search for my product on google and yesterday found my product listed on eBay with my entire photos and bullet points copied. They claim to have 2 items available and sell them for about $15 more than mine. I assume its some kind of drop shipping situation where they buy mine and ship to their buyer and pocket the difference??? When I checked that sellers other listings I found multiple other products from Amazon copied for sale? I reported the listing to eBay and contacted the seller to take it down or else... but I am not sure what else to do? I do own the trademark and they are obviously my photos etc. Any experience with this? I am new to all this...

Almost all of our branded products are available on eBay. They are much more expensive.
I assume as you do that they are drop shipped from Amazon.
As long as the product comes from us, I do not really care. For me a sale is a sale.
Now if someone is selling our items for a low price, then they may be counterfeits. So far I had not seen that....

A sale is a sale man, If someone is copying your product and posting it all over the internet that's free marketing for your product.
I don't see a problem with this at all.

Hello @Seller_PTpw5SQTsiboc
My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team here on forums. Thank you for your question here.
Since your case here is with a seller outside of the Amazon platform, my suggestion was to contact eBay and see what actions they can take to help you. It seems like you already took this step. If you start seeing copies of your product or listing information on Amazon, please let me know.
If you are not enrolled in Brand Registry yet, I would highly recommend doing so to protect your intellectual property.
If you are enrolled in Brand Registry, that's great! I would just make sure if your trademark is pending or fully registered. If the trademark is pending, you can check the status information or contact the trademark office for more information.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Best,
Sandy

Oh, yes, this has been happening since the beginning of time. Ebay is getting more difficult to deal with but go through Vero and good luck. Vero will ask for your amazon listings and will see that your photos were stolen, your text was stolen ... I do message the seller daily until the listings are removed. Cheaters trying to make money off your and my hard work. Sadly, many of the sellers are so massive that they get away with not accepting messages. Check Amazon Canada. You'll find all of your stuff there, too. and Amazon UK, FR, DE, Japan, Australia, etc. The only way I've been able to combat the listings on Amazon Canada are to send the same items in to Amazon.com FBA. Then Amazon will put them on Amazon.ca for you, Amazon.com FBA will ship for you, and the customers will freak when they see the difference in pricing, the cheaters won't get any more sales and because of the pricing differences you should get a sales increase. Amazon Canada won't do a thing for you unless you register your trademark separately in their country so just sign up for Canada sales through the .com FBA. I haven't wanted to go as far as purchasing a second trademark because the sales aren't that big, but at the same time seeing the prices the scammers are charging I think is bad for the brand, bad for my reputation.
If you haven't signed up for Amazon Canada through the .com FBA, do it. They do a great job and it's nice to have the extra sales. don't do Mexico. I've never had a shipment to Mexico that wasn't refunded out of my account at a later date, so I'm always not just out the money but the product, too.
Put together a really good letter, mention copyright infringement for the photos, include trademark infringement for the TM ... some of the bigger sellers will come back with a request for a copy of your trademark --- don't give them anything, just repeat that they are unauthorized and do not have permission ... good luck.

Honestly If I were You I wouldn’t do anything if They are offering and selling your items on Ebay You’re still getting your profit and free advertising, You don’t risk getting bad product reviews, and probably customer like the product and find it cheaper on Amazon and pum!! Loyal customer right there, I would consider doing something if They’re selling my items cheaper, that’s a Counterfeit item for sure.

As well as being a Seller, I am also a Professional Photographer, and I have sued, and won, tens of thousands of dollars, from other Sellers who stole our photos. You have to find a lawyer who will handle it, and we were lucky to find one who didn't charge us ahead of time (only took a portion of the amount received.)
I disagree with the idea that other people copying your listings/photos helps you in any way. It is a dilution of your brand and it IS copyright infringement (both for images and listing text.)
Definitely sign up for a Vero account on eBay. Once you are registered as a Vero rights owner, all you need to do is report a listing, and it is automatically taken down.
Good luck trying to get the same thing to happen on Amazon. When another Seller stole our images on Amazon, we followed all the directions, to get it taken down, and it still was a run-around, and took over a month to finally get done.
Good luck.

The dropshippers also do this on Ecrater. Every week there seems to another new dropshipper there cluttering up the site by adding 1000's of listings off of Amazon and other places. They use some kind of software to do all the copying. I think it is called a web scraper. They mark the price up and sit back and see if anyone will bite. I hope buyers are savvy enough to shop around but there are some that do not.
It probably depends on what you sell. Most of the things that I notice are drop-shipped this way are name brand household type items. My craft items don't seem to get picked.

Sadly there are sellers out there who have no actual inventory.

This is pretty common, should not worry.

I really do not see any problem here. They are selling much higher than you so you should be proud and learn from them as they could do what you can't do at the price point. Secondly you are selling more if they do sell. So it's a win win situation. Most of my best selling SKU are being copied to EBAY and they are selling way higher than my selling price in Amazon and since they are copying the entire listing from Amazon it prove they are drop shipping from you. Most of my SKU are unique not sure about you
