Hello, good evening everyone, I want to start selling on Amazon, but I already have my first concern, I have a product in mind but they are from registered brands such as Disney, Marvel, etc., the question is, can I sell on Amazon? Or would there be a problem over trademark rights? I don't know if I can sell them without using the brand names, for example: spiderman, thor, antman, etc., there is nothing branded on the product box either, but the characters are from Disney and Marvel. I could sell them without using their names.

No No No to everything you want to do.
To sell a major brand you must obtain written permission from that brand. Mostly you are supposed to do that with any brand, but some brands are more "dangerous" to flirt with. Those brands would certainly include Disney and Marvel. You will not obtain permissions there. Or with Nike. Or Adidas. etc.

Only with a written "Letter of Authorization" from that brand and buying with INVOICE from an authorized distributor.
Are you maybe talking about baseball hats with Superman (for example)? Neither that is allowed. If you want to use IP protected characters, public persons, cities etc. you need an agreement and to pay royalties to the brand owners.
