UPS shows delivered "met customer" but buyer says no? Please help!
We shipped a seller fulfilled order the other day and purchased the shipping through Amazon. The buyer contacted CS and stated that they did not receive the item and want a replacement. UPS tracking shows as delivered with the LEFT AT sections stating “met customer”.
This is the first time we have had this issue, what is the best course of action here? It was the last one we had in stock of this item so we can’t send a replacement.

If you purchased shipping through Amazon and the item shows delivered, send the customer to open an A-Z claim and Amazon will cover it.

As mentioned, if you purchased the label through Amz, AND it was scanned in for acceptance On Time, you are covered for these problems.
Have the buyer file an “item not received” , problem-with-order A-z claim in their order account…
If you purchased the shipping label outside of Amz, you need signature proof upon delivery or you are not covered …
