Product Safety Compliance Complaint

Good Day

We have received a notification that one of my ASIN has been removed from the Amazon because of a "Food and Product Safety" Violation.

When appealing to the case number (CASE ID 17939999951) we are getting the same auto reply being

“This product causes a safety risk. Therefore, it is prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product.”

After verification, Our Asin is non-removable lithium portable power bank, which does not belong to the button battery/coin battery/cylindrical battery category prohibited by Amazon.

We have submitted all that info in case and because we are getting the same auto reply we need some help from one of the Amazon representatives to get this escalated to executive team for review.
