Suddenly hit with compliance issues
I sell a wallet style holster that the gun has to be removed from before use. I am suddenly being flagged and accused of selling single-unit gun/holster combos. Any coma patient can read my listings and readily tell that's not the case, but I try to explain this and no one addresses anything I say, the accusation stands. Amazon, what is going on? If I'm being forced into using TIC compliance review then it would help a lot if somebody just told me so. And if that is the case I could use help finding the list of TIC reviewers, I am not able to find that list.

I'm surprised you weren't flagged for those main images...they're terrible. Not to mention, not in compliance with Amazon's image guidelines.
Just some friendly constructive criticism. I can't help you otherwise as I know nothing about "single-unit gun/holster combos."

Dear Mods, I could use some help with this issue please. Products continue to be removed and I cannot get a straight answer from support on why or how my product meets the definition of being restricted. I just tried uploading an instruction sheet. I was told to try uploading the photos in the instruction sheet to my listings for reconsideration. But I already have similar photos in every listing that are specific to the model of product. I want to go the route of getting certification of compliance that Amazon will accept and I need pointed in the right direction please.

I wanted to stop by and see if I could be of assistance. I took a look at your latest CASE ID 17808557881 and see that you require assistance updating your photos of the ASIN that was removed. As you alluded to on the case, you should be able to edit your images through the following steps:
- Go to your menu in the upper left hand corner of Seller Central and select, 'Catalog'
- Then in that section, select 'Upload Images'
- From that page you can enter the ASIN you wish to add images to in the search bar under the ‘Image Manager’
