When i tried to request a review i get this message below but also get a confirmation line in the end to send the review… Can i send the request or is it not allowed … Amazon mentioned that they automatically send it once , can i send one more time or will it violate any policy

We don’t require you to request reviews because our systems already do that at no cost to you. It is against Amazon Policy to make repeat requests (per order) for a product review or seller feedback. By using the “Request a Review” feature you agree not to send any additional review requests via buyer-seller messaging.
When you use this feature, we will send the customer an email requesting product and seller reviews for this order. We automatically translate review requests to the customer’s preferred language.

Strictly-speaking, the RaR (‘Amazonese’ for “Request a Review”) functionality, extended some years after the 3Oct`16 Revision To Incentivized Review Policy Initiative first brooked dawn in the wake of unfavorable publicity having come to the notice of various Federal Government regulatory bodies, shouldn’t lead one afoul of Amazon’s published policies, nor of its (poorly-parameterized) automated mechanisms deployed as gatekeepers on the Communication Guidelines (link, Seller Help Content ‘index’ page) side of things.
We ourselves immediately deployed an automated mechanism to leverage the RaR capability within days of it being originally launched, and quickly saw an uptick in both Product Review and Seller Feedback rates.
Admittedly, the early promise of RaR has sagged significantly over the last year, for us - but I have yet to shut down our leveraging of the MWS API/SP-API entry point for a good reason…

Sure, we wanted to and aslo did a lot requestings before, but got no review.

That “request a review” link is the only Amazon-approved way to request a review. It requests both seller feedback and product review.
Ignore that warning – Amazon does not send a request for review. Maybe in some instances. But mostly not.
