Hi everyone I’m new to Amazon selling (FBM), and I would appreciate if you guys can assist me. I will be listing washable dog pee pads and I would like to understand how can I get the free shipping on pet supplies over 25usd by Amazon? Is this applied automatically or is this something I need to set up? If so how I go about this? Also how do I go about applying coupons? Kindly excuse the newbie questions but I would greatly appreciate the insight from you guys.

You apparently do not understand how that works.
That applies to FBA sales and seller fulfilled prime.
You need to either search seller help or watch the Seller University videos.
You are going to be paying for that shipping in any case, the only issue is whether the buyer pays anything.

Free shipping is not actually free. It simply means the cost to ship the item is already wrapped into the price of the item.
