Have the SAME ASIN for two different products (Not Variation)
Hi there,
I don't know how this happened, I have two listings of different products (not variations) that have the same ASIN. No idea how this happened.... I am the creator of both products and the brand owner.
It's causing many issues for me such as product detail page violation for one of the products and my account about to be deactivated because I couldn't fix it.
I've messaged amazon more than 10 times, called more than 4 times, and just keep getting bounced around with robotic answers, the previous customer support not following up.
Can someone please tell me what's going on? I'm at my wits end and have been trying to fix the problem for weeks....
