Request buyer reimburse return shipping for reason Ordered by mistake and denied based on "nothing left to reimburse"
The buyer purchased a book, and after shipping (out of my hands) requested a return based on 'ordered by mistake.'. She returned the book and I was charged $17.09 for the return shipping order plus outbound shipping. They reimbursed me for the $10.50 for outbound shipping but not the return shipping. I appealed the request and they stated that there was 'nothing left to reimburse'. Something seriously wrong with this situation. Getting dinged $17.09 for return I am loosing money on the order big time. Can I please have a MOD review this, please? Safe-t claim request # 56170-10018-3227531.
