2 accounts in the same marketplace

By mistake, I opened 2 accounts in the USA. On each account, I am told that I need to reactivate the other account in order to activate the account. And of course, I can't do what they ask of me. Has no sense.

Any advice?

Since Amazon DOES allow multiple accounts (they just have to sell DIFFERENT products) this boils down to why one of your accounts was suspended.

Find the notice and post the suspension AFTER removing all personal information. You will need to fix whatever the issues are with that account before you can do anything.

Atlas from Amazon here! I understand that you have been deactivated due to having multiple accounts.

By mistake, I opened 2 accounts in the USA.

As mentioned by @NEVERLAST, you will need to reactivate the first account to get the second one reactivated. Our platform allows for multiple accounts, but those accounts do need to be active.

You should be able to check the performance notifications for the details regarding the deactivation. Once identified, you will need to take the proper steps to reactivate the account. When the first account is deactivated, you may submit an explanation on the second one informing our team of the reactivation. You’ll want to be sure to include the details regarding when the first account was reactivated.
