How can I get help?

I have been connected to two different Account Support Specialists and I wasn't able to understand either one of them. Their accents are so terrible that I can understand about 10% of what they are saying. Is there a way to speak to a US based person?

Amazon is a Global company, and we try and provide Account Health Support 24 X 7 whenever possible. Sometimes this means your call may be answered outside the US. See: Account health support FAQ
