Frustrations with Amazon Account Reinstatement Process: What More Can I Do?
On February 3, 2024, I received a request from Amazon to provide "utility bills for gas, electricity, water, mobile, landline, or internet services" to verify the authenticity of my address. However, despite submitting a genuine water bill on March 2, the response I received from Amazon was, "Thank you for submitting your appeal. We have received the information you provided, but it is currently insufficient to reactivate your account."
Even after providing additional evidence such as bank statements, credit card bills, business licenses, purchase contracts, and invoices from suppliers, my medical insurance proof, mobile phone bills, photos of my company, as well as screenshots of my sales records and advertising expenditures, the response remained the same: "Thank you for submitting your appeal. We have received the information you provided, but it is currently insufficient to reactivate your account."
Now, two months have passed, and it seems that Amazon's requirement was only for a 90-day period. I still have a large inventory in my Amazon store, and I am still paying advertising fees. Since my account was suspended, my credit card has incurred over $2000 in charges. The bills and other documents I provided are all genuine and reliable, and all within the last 90 days, with names and addresses that meet the requirements. However, I am still unable to reactivate my account. I even applied for a video review with Amazon to verify the authenticity of my account, but it seems that Amazon has not acknowledged my request.
I am now very confused. What else can I do? What else can I provide to pass this review?
I've invested a significant amount of funds and time into this account, and I'm really in need of help. I have a family to support!

Did name and address exactly match with your "Legal Entity" and "Official Address" in your account settings? did you make create a NOTARIZED translation by an official Translation Office?

This is the first email I received:
Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. 90 days after receiving this notification, you may request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals*amazon.com. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our system or repeatedly violated our policies which protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all of the funds in your account.
Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.
I received the email on February 3rd, and in January, I sold 776 products.
I have submitted multiple appeals now, but the replies I receive each time are as follows:
We have received your letter and thank you for contacting us regarding your account issue.
Thank you for submitting your appeal. We have received the information you submitted, but currently it is not sufficient for us to reactivate your account.

That could be one of the following:
1. Missing information regarding your identity, Charge Method or Bank account
2. Information regarding your listings: most probably that is a issue if you sell OTHER brands and not your’s. You didn’t provide the supply chain, missing invoices or missing”Letter of Authorization” from the brand
3. Information regarding your selling history: you have an unusual high volume in sales as a new seller or suddenly as a regular seller. The AI thinks that you are organizing sales and that is ranking manipulation and a violation.
Amazon will not tell you what you did exactly. You have to identify the missing pieces or your harmful behavior and to propose how you want to remedy the situation.
If you are a new seller and sold 776 in a month I suppose number 3 is your case.
