Hi,
Hope everything is well.
I am the owner of a trademark under the USPTO.
The thing is that, i'm not from the USA, and I registered the US trademark using a company outside the USA. On the other hand, my account on Amazon is under an LLC from the United States.
Im concerned that if I apply for brand registry, and provide the documents from the outside of the USA company, which is the owner of the US Trademark, then Amazon will not approve it since the name of the Trademark company will not match the LLC name.
Any recommendations on what to do?
