all my founds are in account level reserve

Hi, I have all my founds in reserve level reserve, I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO WITHDRAW MONEY FOR 8 DAYS. I don't have any unresolved claim or chargeback. amazon don't answer my claims.

It appears you may have some late shipment/late delivery issues. This is why your funds are held in rolling reserve. Funds in rolling reserve are paid out 30-45 days after the sale/delivery.

Given the fact that you sell your stuff at TWICE the price GAP sells and advertises them for, you should be having pricing health issues as well. Also, there is the question of retail arbitrage, given your store selection...

Lastly, looking at various product reviews with quality issues makes me (and Amazon?) wonder if you are selling factory outlet rejects....

Hello @Seller_HbOUGBiqXmIvx

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

I understand that you have a concern regarding your payments. Please note that it is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

Have you had a chance to open a case with Support regarding this concern? If so, please feel free to share that case ID number with me so I can review your issue fully and read through the correspondence already provided.

Regards,
