Automatic Translation Failed: We were unable to translate this SKU as it may be non-compliant for this marketplace.

Im reselling a branded product that i didn't create the listing (we are multiple seller) I'm trying to sell to CA and MX but i get this message

Automatic Translation Failed: We were unable to translate this SKU as it may be non-compliant for this marketplace.

I can't modify the information to fix the potential translation issue ? Do you have an idea, I don't want to recreate thos listing for canada and Mexico since it is the exact same product under the right brand ?

Thanks for reaching out. You will first need to reach out to Seller Support so they can look into this for you in each of the countries that you are trying to update the information for. If you still need help after they investigate, you will need to create a new discussion and select the correct flag for the country that you want to have reviewed and we will be happy to take a look. Ensure that you provide the Seller Support case as we will need that to look into your issue.
