Amazon seller account blocked under Section 3

Hello, my seller account has been deactivated under Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. This is very confusing because I haven't done anything in my account apart from creating my first listing and A+ content. I didn't even start selling yet.

This is the first Performance Notification that I received

Hello,

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our "Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy":

In the Account Health page I have "Submit new information" button where I can send additional text and attach some documents. Initially, I provided some documents. But it was rejected with the following Performance Notification:

We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.

Then I realised that my previous application missed some utility bills. Which I appended in the next "Submit new information"iteration. However I received "Status: Our evaluation is complete." with the account still deactivated. Since then I tried 4 more times each time providing more and more details and documents, but all of them are rejected with the Account Health page showing "Status: Our evaluation is complete." and account still being deactivated. I didn't receive any Performance Notification since my very first trial.

Can anyone please help me with this problem? I am very desperate here, because I have been making this product for the entire year just to see my account getting deactivated.

You have three things going against you.

1. Amazon gives you one chance to submit documentation. If it is not complete, Amazon sort of places the applicant on hold.

2. Every time you submit new information, all previous submissions are canceled out and you go to the end of the line. It is the same as being placed on hold on the telephone, If you hang up, you state all over.

3. At this time of the year, Amazon slows way down on accepting new sellers. Not because Amazon has anything against you, it is because Amazon does not want new sellers selling at the holiday time of the year. Amazon knows new sellers will make mistakes and doesn't want the buyers exposed to them. After the first of the year, Amazon will begin giving approvals. That way, the new seller has 10 months of selling getting them ready for the 2025 holiday shopping season.
