CASE 1
i send 2 sku packed in 1 box which was packed and shiped my self no PREP center involved sku A 20 units sku B 13 units total 33 units. Amazon recive my SKU A 20 unis and says they didnt find SKU B 13units from the same box are mad or the think we are fools from same box they recive 20 units but didnt recive other 13 units some one from BHX4 plz contect me
CASE 2
i send 1 box contain 10 units weight 3.5 kg and first BHX4 put my inventory to reserve status same day as per amzon ledger they add my 10 units to available and 2 days after they remove my units and i file case but they refuse to accept my case before shipment close i feel some thing fish as per amazon previus record now they saying they recive empty box BHX4 are liers hey stolling our inventory some one from BHX4 who can investiage my issue properly your support team replying like robots and i need humans to investiage my issue both shipments PACKED and SHIP my own hands soo i will not gona accept this

That will not get any response from the fulfilment centre - this is a forum of other sellers only - we can do nothing. I don't use FBA so cannot advise, though there may be someone on here who could maybe advise you what to do.

Whilst I understand your frustration, I dont think that tone and way of writing will encourage Amazon to help you,
Has your shipment closed? Have you investigated it and sent the invoices through? Have you sent proof of the weight etc from your carrier?

go through seller university and specifically shipping to FBA section to understand how things work.
