Estou a três meses tentando encerrar essa conta e ninguém faz nada, eu vou ter que entrar com um processo apenas para requerer o encerramento definitivo dessa conta?

Ja mandei mais de 5 emails requerendo o encerramento e nada, meu Deus a amazon é péssima, nunca vi tamanho descaso.

As you've mentioned, you have been trying to close the account for a few months now unsuccessfully. It would also appear that there may be some requirements of you to ensure the closure of the account. Can you elaborate on what the process you are required to go though?

We do also have a seller central help page on how to close your seller account. Below is a section of this help page and the requirements to close the account:

If you decide to permanently close your account, follow these steps:

  • Fulfill any outstanding orders.
  • Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.
  • Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
  • Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
  • Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
  • Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.

Have you confirmed that all of these issues have been addressed? Are there any outstanding orders, or has the account be deactivated?

só vc acessar o painel do vendedor no PC, ir na engrenagem e fechar conta. isso se vc tiver apenas a conta no brasil
