I opened amazon seller account(professional plan) last month and paid with my own debit card. But after few days I canged my card information and attached my credit card for monthly subscription fee. But now amazon did not charge from my account. How can I solve this issue?

Have you made sales in that month? On my account, they just take the payment out of money owing to me from sales, marked as a fee.

Do not attempt this -- that is a violation.
If you have a negative balance (owe Amazon) at the time of your next scheduled payout, then the credit card you have on file will be charged for that amount.
