I have recently created my account and SELECTED USA as marketplace, but now I am being asked to provide tax information and tax number etc.. I have not formed my llc. So can I still sell on Amazon as FBM.

You can sell on the USA marketplace FBA or FBM from (almost) every country in the world without creating a US LLC. You provide the tax information from YOUR country.
