A TO Z IS A JOKE , TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERY AMAZON STILL REJECT MY CLAIM AMAZON SCAMMERS HEAVEN
So,
Common story, sending tracked means nothing, customer claims non delivery, fine keep the goods and get your £25 back. Don't worry Amazon will support your online shoplifting, what's that, tracked ..... don't worry Mr Scammer, Amazon always backs scammers over sellers, even if they have the geo-tracking to prove delivery within the time shown.
Its a Joke, Amazon Scammers, shoplifters and scumbag heaven ... and as a seller there is nothing you can do about it.

Good morning
You need to chase this through seller support, gather all your evidence and present it to SS they will raise a case to investigate. Both mine took around two weeks to resolve but I got my money back and an apology.

In my experience, you will only win an AtoZ if you've got a signature as well as tracking details.
It's a crap system, but it's the only way.

Yet its OK for Prime deliveries not to be signed for and left in a wheelie bin. 1 rule for 1....

Given up selling expensive items on Amazon for this reason. No protection and as other posters say no couriers get signatures since covid!
I now just stick to selling expensive games and records on eBay that protect their sellers.

All too common, I have lost a few hundred pounds worth of product in the past few weeks. SCAMazon are ok with taking your money and returning it to dishonest buyers. The problem is they are too trigger happy issuing refunds. Brainless!

report to the police. we do EVERY time now and then invoice (evri) unless they can prove delivery was made.
EVERY single claim has a common thread! either and/or GPS and photo are missing......
It's time photos have to include either the person taking the item in or a full photo of the whole property, not a photo of the floor and the drivers foot (yesterday we had that)

Amazon positively encourage this type of theft by their absurd procedures. Nothing new though, it has been going on for decades. As usual, Amazon sellers just have to keep taking the blows.

This happens on FBA deliveries too!
1. Amazon sell your product via FBA, deduct their FBA fee and credit your seller account with the balance.
2. The customer reports that the item has not been received and so Amazon fully refund the customer with their purchase costs and deduct from your seller account
3. There is no refund of the FBA fee and then of course, you need to pay for the cost of your product leaving you seriously out of pocket.
