Need Help with MCF Orders
I sell on Meta Shops, which go through my Shopify business, and I use MCF for fulfillment. I have orders that have missed the ship-by date. I have contacted support, and they say they can waive the shipping fee, but that does me no good. If the orders are not "shipped- i.e., have a tracking number" by a specific date, then the hold on the payment from the customer will expire, and I will not get paid. In essence, the customer will get free merchandise, and I lose the cost of goods, advertising, and any small profit.
Is there anyone from MCF support who can help me? When I reach out to the general support, all I get is that "The order cannot be expedited as due to unforeseen circumstances at the fulfillment center, your order has experienced some processing delays and has not been shipped by the latest ship date."
How can I work with that? Help, please! I am hoping for a response from an Amazon employee. Thank you so much!

Sorry to hear about this. Amazon's attempts to repackage and sell outside of Amazon certain services like Amazon MCF and CSBA have had major quality problems, reported over and over again on this forum.
Of course, Amazon never admits or owns the problem in a way that's satisfactory to sellers, even when we are the "customers."
This is one of the reasons I never outsource to Amazon as there are always better options available.
Hope you get resolution for your Amazon MCF problems by raising the issue here.

same here, it's been 6 days Amazon prefer to not ship the order.

I ordered MCF for my MFN order this morning.
Still processing, still no tracking number. still open order.
I afraid the customer will cancel the order.
seller central says I should receive tracking number very quickly . its already processing 20 hours.
I pay more than anywhere for MCF with the great service!

MCF is under performing and under charging for what it is. We've started doing all order expedited, but frankly it's a poor joke that the MCF fee is about the same as FBA orders.

Maybe its because its the busy Christmas season and Amazon is prioritizing FBA orders?
Do you select "ship in unbranded boxes" and "dont use amazon shipping"?
I found that if you use amazon shipping its more reliable. One order I shipping by non amazon was never delivered but all the amazon shipping orders were delivered. So I use unbranded boxes and shipping by amazon.

Hi @Seller_qFSLedetNTrtk, I can see how this would be frustrating! I'd like to take a look at your orders. Do you have any cases with Seller Support that mention the order IDs? I will just take those case IDs, please.
