Sponsored Display Ads - Ad Group / targets not showing

Hello,

Created a sponsored display ad a few days ago - it states delivering. I click into it - there is no ad-group - which obvious I can see the target or data because of this.

I was able to view this a day ago. Ive tried a different browser, I have no clue what is going on.

Tatiana from Amazon here! I know you've already tried a different browser, but sometimes clearing all cache/cookies from your current browser can help with issues like this.

Additionally, if this doesn't seem to be a tech issue, you might be able to utilize the Diagnostics Hub for help. This tool can be found in your Ads Console.

And if you haven't done so already, I would create a case with Ads Support and provide screenshots of the issue to see if they can help diagnose and resolve it. If you have already reached out to Ads Support and still need help, go ahead and provide a case ID to me.
