Notice of Infringement for term Apple
I sell a soap with an Apple fragrance. And immediately received an infringement notice once I listed. for Apple. My responses from Amazon are, remove that term. Not sure how to get further on this as I am not selling Apple products. And the term Apple is not trademarked. Amazon support doesn't seem to understand the issue. Anyone have any thoughts on this, on how I should proceed?

I have heard that you need to use it as apple with a lowercase a, but not sure if that is true or not.

We had this issue with candle names. We appealed them and it cleared.
