Amazon does not let me use my payoneer account as a deposit method
Good morning my name is valentino and since March I can't use my payoneer account as a payment method because amazon says that my KYC (Know your customer) is not verified. Amazon has told me to contact my PSP to solve this error.
I have contacted my Payment Service Provider and they informed me that the KYC is fully verified by them and that the problem must be from amazon. I am really tired of this problem because I have been dealing with this issue for more than 100 days and amazon always gives me the same answer, which is wrong because I have already used this payment service provider for other things and never had a problem, I only had a problem with amazon so I ask you please to solve this error once and for all.
Ihave contacted my psp and they have told me the following: "Verifying the details in your Payoneer account I could notice that your account has been fully verified and approved, your bank account is active and verified and you do not have any pending requirement in the account so in this case you may be presenting some technical inconvenience in the details of your Payoneer account reflected in Amazon and it is necessary that they (Amazon) update your information on their platform. I recommend you to contact Amazon and request the update of your account details in order to continue receiving your payments and not present more delays and inconveniences".
