Amazon USA Seller Account Deactivation because Amazon believe that our account or a related account may have been used to engage in deceptive or illegal activities

We have received a notification from Amazon on April 22, 2024 saying that Amazon believe that "our account or a related account may have been used to engage in deceptive or illegal activities that harm customers and our store, such as the sale of counterfeit inventory, thereby infringing intellectual property rights". We provided all the invoices from our supplier and authorization letter from the Brand and still Amazon won't accept it and keep rejecting the appeal. We don't even have option to contact Account health support therefore creating a discussion here so we can get any necessary help from community.
This notification we received was because of one of the product we were selling on Amazon.com which is mention below:

We are keep appealing this since last year and every time we get same answer.
