Customers don't leave feedback
Customers are not leaving feedback.
Normally we get a lot of positive feedback.
It seems like our Amazon customers are reluctant to follow up with a feedback. They take the time to personalize orders to extremes, which we always indulge.
But no follow up... almost never!
Odd.
*On a principle we do not ask/request for feedback.

If you mean you normally get a lot of feedback on Amazon, then you are unique (assuming legitimate normal orders feedback, not black hat tactics)

Feedback/reviews are antiquated. They used to be a good measurement of how you were performing, but these days the only feedback or review comes from the agitated buyer, so mostly negative.

I think many customers are not aware of 3 PL sellers. For them, they buy "from Amazon". And since Amazon is a giant, they think that a giant doesn't need to be awarded. But if there is something to grumble, they don't hesitate: a giant will endure it.

On Amazon we get feedback on about 1% of our orders; so for every 100 orders expect 1 or if you are lucky 2.
I am not sure how much feedback helps, if you are in the buy box most customers do not even look at it. Feedback might feed into Amazon's promotions algorithm, but even if it does it appears minimal.

Hello @Seller_KizubfLZjsCF2,
I understand you're experiencing difficulties receiving feedback from customers on your products. To get more feedback from customers, I recommend the following steps:
- Provide excellent customer service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve any issues quickly, and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
- Proactively request feedback: After a successful order, send a follow-up message asking the customer to leave a review. Emphasize that their feedback helps you improve your products and services.
- Make it easy for customers to leave feedback: Include clear instructions on how to leave a review.
- Monitor and respond to feedback: Regularly check your seller feedback and address any negative comments professionally. Publicly respond to positive reviews to show your appreciation.
- Improve based on feedback: Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in your products, listings, or customer service. Implement changes and let customers know how their input has helped.
The key is to consistently provide an excellent customer experience and make it simple for buyers to share their feedback.
Regards,
- Manny

Amazon's feedback system is terrible. No one provides feedback unless they are upset with something. In most cases, they leave negative feedback for shipping issues with USPS, UPS or FedEx which has nothing to do with the seller and before they even attempt to contact the seller about the problem. People are so dense that they think we have some magic control over third party shippers. I am of the opinion that if a customer wants to leave negative feedback, they must have left ten positive feedbacks before being able to leave one negative feedback. They should basically have a bank of negative feedbacks. If they have left 1,000 positive feedbacks then they have 100 negative feedbacks in the bank that they can use. When they use one then they have 99 left until they give another 10 positive feedbacks. But this would force people to provide positive feedbacks and would prevent people from only leaving negative feedbacks.

The only customers who are guaranteed to leave a feedback are the angry, delusional moron customers. Every single one of them will 100% leave a feedback.
The masses of happy and satisfied thousands of customers will not leave feedback.
Amazon knows this. Amazon intentionally leaves this system in place.
1) Amazon wants you to go FBA, whether or not this is reasonable for you to do.
2) Amazon competes against us sellers. Amazon has a vested interest in having third party sellers look less than perfect. Amazon does not allow customers to review them publicly, because if they did they would appear atrocious.
We were at 100% positive for 23 years. Now we are at 97%. We did not suddenly because worse sellers. We did not change. Amazon changed. And Amazon does not care.

most feedback you will get is negative. The rating system is broken, Amazon won't fix it.

I only have a bout 110 feedbacks when I have sold at least 1,000! Very frustrating, Amazon should give credit for positive feedback after a certain period of time if no feedback is given.

Customers don't usually leave me reviews. I've only had 7 reviews in almost 9 months.
