can anyone example or help me out with how one of out listings somehow now has a 3D view that you can only see on the mobile amazon app. and on the desktop you can see a 360 video?
out of all our ASINs, only one has it.
how can i add or remove it? how can i tell who added it?

Good Morning @Seller_beZ1eFRUslh75, I wanted to share a few updates regarding the 360 videos and 3D views.
Per this news article a few months ago: "Requests to upload 360-degree images to your product detail page won’t be accepted. Instead, brand owners in the US, UK, Germany, Spain, France, and Italy can upload 3D models to their listings."
Now, brands can upload 3D models instantly in Seller Central.
To make it easier for you to create 3D models, we're working on a tool that allows you to use your phone to scan your product and create a 3D model. Stay tuned for more information in the coming months.
To add 3D models to your product listings, go to Upload 3D content.
