Amazon Warehouse selling my items?

Hopefully and obvious answer - but how is Amazon Warehouse selling my branded items? What I mean by this, for example, is that I have an item - its out of stock - but "Amazon Warehouse" is selling a used "like new" item on my listing. I dont understand where that product is coming from. No returns have been sent back for this ASIN and Amazon has not reimbursed for any damaged units.

So whats being sold under my branded listing??

Hello @Seller_RBhUBoAVfCNRG,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to look into Amazon Warehouse selling your branded items. I think I found the ASIN you are talking about, is it ASIN ending in "WRJ?" I do see that there is an Amazon Warehouse offer on that listing. I also see what you are talking about via the SKU dashboard for this ASIN (showing 22 units sold and 0 returned this year).

I have 2 recommendations for you and you can do both simultaneously.

  1. Do a test buy of the product that is sold by Amazon Warehouse so you can see if it is in fact your product or not.
  2. Open a case with Seller Support now showing that Amazon Warehouse has an offer on the listing, but the item has no returns (show screenshots and "proof," of this.

Please let me know how it goes and if you have any additional questions.

Best,

Dougal
