Lost buy box on my listings/my product
Hey all, I have been selling my own hand made product on Amazon for about 4 years, I have several products that are my brand/company and my created listings, I am the only seller. A month or so ago on all the products I sell the buy box is gone. My account health great, all ratings are great, no issues that I can find anywhere. Amazon support is of no help, they just give the same cookie cutter reply. Does anyone have any idea how to find out why this has happened, something on my account? Something in the listing (all of them at the same time though, so hard to believe it is a product listing problem after 4 years). These are all FBM products, I do not do any FBA. My sales have gone down 80%+ since this happened, this is how I provide for my family so it is rather stressful.
