Listings "Currently Unavailable" on Amazon.com Despite Active Status - Need Help!

Hello fellow sellers,

I have recently started trying to list products on the marketplace. Although my listings are active, they all show as "currently unavailable" on Amazon.com.

Initially, I was prompted for identity verification, which I completed successfully. I received an email confirming that my account is ready to start selling, but the products still remain unavailable.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

This issue might be tied to your pending seller identity verification requests you received back in July 2024 through your Performance Notifications.

I am reaching out to the Seller Identity Verification team to see what next steps you should take in order to clear out that issue on your account. I will follow up with you as soon as I hear back from them.

I wanted to follow up with you to let you know my suspicions were correct and it looks like you have some remaining action items to complete on your Performance Notifications.

Above is a screenshot on how to get your notifications if you have not visited them before. Please review the notification titled, "Action Required: Verify your Selling on Amazon account" from July 3rd, 2024 and follow the information being requested there.
