FAKE Unverified 1-Star Review That Violates Policy - Amazon is not taking action
We have contacted Amazon multiple times and no one has taken action to remove the Unverified 1-Star Review that Violates Policy . Please open a new case as we have spent numerous hours contacting customer support and reporting on the account health.
A 1 star review is currently on our product which does not belong from any customer and its is in violation of amazon community guidelines:
• The 1 star review does not show up in our customer reviews in our seller central where we only have 5 reviews all with 5 star ratings
• The 1 star review has no buyer associated with our product or can be located in our seller central account.
• The 1 star review is showing to have 26% of value and hurting our account.

If you received reviews that you think violate our Community Guidelines, use the Report abuse link next to the review to report it. You can also send email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
