Amazon Export Sales LLC
Hi there,
A seller listed as Amazon US is preventing us from winning the buy box in an EU marketplace. Details include them as Amazon Export Sales LLC.
I don't want them selling our product and winning buy box over us. How do I stop this from happening? Is it a setting of some sort?

From I can can see online "Amazon Export Sales LLC" is Amazon.
I doubt you can stop them from doing anything they want on their own platform.
If you're FBA, perhaps it's just a few lost pieces that were found that your were reimbursed for already. They are trying to get rid of them by offering them everywhere, even if they have to export it.

Michelle at Amazon here. @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG is correct, this is Amazon Retail and they are just trying to sell items that they have compensated you for. There is no way to restrict Amazon from selling your items or any other seller that may purchase from you as Amazon is an open marketplace.

Are they selling them as "new".
