Is it true that if a Trademark is in pending state in trademark office then Amazon doesn't provide full protection to that brand even if that brand is registered in Amazon' Brand registery? And until it gets registered in Trademark office? And till then any other seller can map their items with that Brand's product as long as they are somewhat identical?
