Customer Product Reviews Policies
I encountered some problems. Amazon notified me on June 11 that I violated the review policy, and I submitted the relevant action plan and explanation on June 11. On June 12, I received a reply saying that the review was still in progress and asked me to wait. But today is June 25th and there is still no reply. I asked the customer service and they told me to wait. How long should I wait?

you wait until they are done reviewing (could be weeks/months). Amazon works at their own pace and what they tell you is not always correct.
