Sourcing from a wholesaler is not the only requirement for doing it right. In fact, you can source from a wholesaler and still do it wrong. I would suggest stopping in your tracks, spending a large chunk of time going through Seller University, and then reconsider wanting to dropship and instead look into FBA if you do not want to fulfill orders yourself.

Drop-shipping is for sellers that ship products directly from their warehouse or from the Brand owner or their authorized distributor.

You are on your way to permanent suspension before you even received your first sale. Drop Shipping is a HUGE no-no here on Amazon no matter what the You-Tube or Tic Toc “Guru” fooled you into believing.
DO NOT drop ship here! Amazon is removing sellers, that don’t own the products they sell, like wildfire these days.
Thank God for that one little bit of “back up” Amazon gives true stocking sellers while we fight off the bots’ mistakes.

Most distributors already have this set up if they do dropshipping. You should inquire with the wholeseller to make sure they do white labeling (Put your name not theirs on the shipping label) automating the process is easy just ask them for an inventory spreadsheet and copy it to an inventory upload. Most use FTP or XML and do daily updates, real time with xml and then you set up an inventory upload file with that spreadsheet

- You can’t dropship on Amazon unless you are so close with a manufacturer/ authorized distributor that they will accept to make an invoice/packing slip/ box / etc only for you with your identifying information.
- Nobody will tell you here where to find products.

Sounds like a great business plan, other then having everyone else doing the work for you, while you collect pennies on the dollar.
You might want to do hours and hours of research before stepping your toes into dropshipping.
